How ordering works, what to expect from your book, and how we handle your photos, shipping, and returns.
How do I place an order?
Open ComiPop Studio, sign in, and choose a story template or describe a custom plot. Upload your photos, pick an art style, then confirm and place your order. We handle printing and delivery from there.
How many scenes are in a book?
Stories are available with 10, 20, or 30 scenes. Most stories use 20 scenes, roughly 12 to 14 printed pages.
Each scene is a fully illustrated spread with artwork and story text.
What if I cannot find a story I like?
Create a custom story in ComiPop Studio. Describe your idea and ComiPop will build a full comic book around your photos.
Shipping
Books ship in 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed. Free shipping applies on orders over $50.
Your photos are kept private
Original images you upload are kept private and are permanently deleted 10 days after your book is shipped. You will receive an email when your images are scheduled for deletion.
Digital album download
Your digital album is available to download for 30 days after shipment. Save it before the download window expires.
Cancellation and returns
Orders can be cancelled while they are still in Placed status. Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Create a return request in Studio for review. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
