Answers before you order
How ordering works, what to expect from your book, and how we handle your photos, shipping, and returns.
How do I place an order?
Open ComiPop Studio, sign in, and choose a story template or describe a custom plot. Upload your photos, pick an art style, then confirm and place your order. We handle printing and delivery from there.
How many scenes are in a book?
Stories are available with 10, 20, or 30 scenes. Most of our stories use 20 scenes, which is roughly 12 to 14 printed pages.
Each scene is a fully illustrated spread with artwork and story text. Scenes are printed back to back, giving you a beautifully compact, high-quality book.
What if I cannot find a story I like?
Create a custom story in Studio. Describe your idea and we will enhance it and build a full comic book around your photos and characters.
Shipping
Books ship in 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed. Free shipping applies on orders over $50.
Your photos are kept private
Original images you upload during personalisation are kept private and are permanently deleted 10 days after your book is shipped. You will receive an email when your images are scheduled for deletion.
Digital album download
Your digital album is available to download for 30 days after shipment. Save it before the download window expires.
Cancellation & returns
Orders can be cancelled while they are still in Placed status. Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
To return a book, create a return request in Studio. Our admin team will review your request and accept or reject it. The final decision rests with the ComiPop team. We always aim to give you the best experience. Our product is meant to bring happiness.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
